On-Site Crafted Brews

American light lager featuring American two-row barley, German brewing malt, & flaked maize. This brew is a light-bodied lager designed to be very refreshing and thirst quenching.

Get Started's base is a malt forward brown ale, with subtle caramel, and dark chocolate flavors. We then add cold brewed Hawaiian Hazelnut Coffee to the brew prior to packaging. The hazelnut coffee contributes a sweet rich, nutty flavor.

Ruby Bay is a New Zealand Pilsner that is dry, golden, and clean showcasing tropical and fruity hops. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, and smooth finish, with a bready and oat malt flavor base for this very refreshing, hop-forward brew.

This is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale inspired brew that comes in at 11.8% abv. It's dark, complex, strong, displaying rich malt, dark fruit, and a little bit of spice.

Hurry Up and Waite is for those that just want a pint of ale. This session ale has low alcohol levels, and low carbonation to make for a nice easy-drinking experience. Bready, with light toasty malt notes. Earthy, resiny hop character with some esters form the English yeast.

American Saison made with German Pilsner & US White Wheat, fermented with Belgian Saison yeast, & hopped with Simcoe for bittering with Amarillo added to the whirlpool.

Time Stands Still is a Pre-Prohibition inspired American Bock. Featuring pale and crystal malts, along with flaked corn. We used noble hops for bittering. A darker and sweeter version when compared to most of today's lagers displaying significantly more body and flavor.

Donaghy's Irish Stout is a Cork inspired Irish stout. This stout is brewed to be sweeter, less bitter, and display flavors that are more dark chocolate than coffee or roasted malt flavors. Expect a creamy nitro pour from this beer. Let this beer warm to let the chocolate flavors shine.

East Coast IPA featuring new hop varieties such as Sultana and Lotus. Other hop varieties are Calypso, Lemondrop, and Citra. Expect tropical and stone fruit flavors.

Experimental Beer featuring Florida wildflower honey and Ginger additions to an English pale ale with lactose. Low floral hop flavor & low bitterness.

A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced Kolsch with a very subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness throughout leads into a pleasantly well-attenuated and refreshing finish with brilliant clarity
