Over Budget is what we like to call an Extra IPA. It's to big to be an IPA and not quite big enough to be a DIPA. Over Budget comes in at 7.6% ABV and 70 IBU’s. This brew features English, German, and American malts, and is hopped with Warrior, Galaxy, Idaho 7, Citra, and Simcoe
Released October 1st every year, this smooth, clean, This German lager has a moderately strong malty flavor and a light hop character. This brew balances strength and crushability. Showcases premium German malt flavors without becoming too heavy or filling.
Ruby Bay is a New Zealand Pilsner that is dry, golden, and clean showcasing tropical and fruity hops. Medium body, soft mouthfeel, and smooth finish, with a bready and oat malt flavor base for this very refreshing, hop-forward brew.
This is a Belgian Dark Strong Ale inspired brew that comes in at 11.8% abv. It's dark, complex, strong, displaying rich malt, dark fruit, and a little bit of spice.
Hurry Up and Waite is for those that just want a pint of ale. This session ale has low alcohol levels, and low carbonation to make for a nice easy-drinking experience. Bready, with light toasty malt notes. Earthy, resiny hop character with some esters form the English yeast.
Still Hazy After All These Beers displays citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas, a soft, smooth body and mouthfeel. This beer is hazy with less perceived bitterness and is hop forward. This beer utilizes late kettle hopping, and is triple dry hopped.
Pale gold in color, bitter, highly attenuated and well carbonated Trappist inspired ale, displaying fruity Trappist yeast character, a floral and earthy hop profile, with grainy sweet malt finish.
A medium amber, moderately strong, malty, Trappist inspired ale with rich malt flavors, and dried fruit esters blended together with a semi dry finish.
Time Stands Still is a Pre-Prohibition inspired American Bock. Featuring pale and crystal malts, along with flaked corn. We used noble hops for bittering. A darker and sweeter version when compared to most of today's lagers displaying significantly more body and flavor.
Donaghy's Irish Stout is a Cork inspired Irish stout. This stout is brewed to be sweeter, less bitter, and display flavors that are more dark chocolate than coffee or roasted malt flavors. Expect a creamy nitro pour from this beer. Let this beer warm to let the chocolate flavors shine.
A pale, refreshing and hoppy American Pale Ale, with plenty of supporting malt flavor to make the beer balanced. The hop presence is a mixture of pine, citrus, and herbal aromatics and flavor that really shine on the finish of the beer
Experimental Beer featuring Florida wildflower honey and Ginger additions to an English pale ale with lactose. Low floral hop flavor & low bitterness.
A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced Kolsch with a very subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness throughout leads into a pleasantly well-attenuated and refreshing finish with brilliant clarity
