Brewed with freshly chopped cucumbers and jalapenos and fermented with Saison yeast. This brew has cucumber flavor, clove and black pepper from the yeast, and a little salt and a little heat on the finish from the jalapenos.

IPA hopped exclusively with English hops Olicana, Jester, and Harlequin hops. Whirlpool hop additions and three separate dry hop additions. Expect stonefruit, floral, and resinous flavors from the hops.

American IPA brewed with vanilla, El Dorado hop in the whirlpool and triple dry hopped, and aged on over 200 lbs of blueberries. A portion of the proceeds from this brew will benefit the StacheStrong Charity.

Our 100th batch of beer is an English Strong Ale that we aged on oak and roasted pecans. Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Marshmallow added to enhance flavor and make for a tasty experience.

Brewed 80 lbs of Florida Cascade hops harvested on brew day. Triple dry hopped with Lupomax and T90 Cascade.

Summer Slacking is an American Wheat beer made with White Wheat, Pilsner, Oat malts, and Wildflower Honey. Lemondrop hops used throughout and display lemon and citrus aromas and flavors. This brew is crisp and refreshing.

Plan Your Escape is a Pina Colada inspired milkshake IPA that is made with pineapple puree, toasted coconut, and hopped with Sultana and Sabro.

Hopped with close to 20 lbs per bbl, and triple dry hopped with 11 different hop varieties. Inspired by DIPA’s from the early 2000’s, the bitterness is high and so is the ABV

American light lager featuring American two-row barley, German brewing malt, & flaked maize. This brew is a light-bodied lager designed to be very refreshing and thirst quenching.

Time Stands Still is a Pre-Prohibition inspired American Bock featuring pale and crystal malts, along with flaked corn. A darker and sweeter version when compared to most of today's lagers.

Donaghy's Irish Stout is a Cork inspired Irish stout. This stout is brewed to be sweeter, less bitter, and display flavors that are more dark chocolate than coffee or roasted malt flavors.

A clean, crisp, delicately-balanced Kolsch with a very subtle fruit and hop character. Subdued maltiness throughout leads into a pleasantly well-attenuated and refreshing finish with brilliant clarity
